No, you can't change my mind.
If she was a man, people would hate her 😅 there would be complaints about the love triangle and no one would condone her...
If Vengeance has a mother, her name is Patience.
She’d grown up inside books. No matter how dark life became, shutting out the hurt was as easy as opening a cover.
“Death is the only promise we all keep.”
Thus, the greatest monsters get their way, she realized.
By looking just like the rest of us.
If you can't see your chains, what use is a key?
"Only that there's two kinds of loyalty," Mia replied. "The kind paid for with love, and the kind paid for with silver."
“There’s no softer pillow than a clear conscience.”

The Lunar Chronicles written by Marissa Meyer

I have always liked books, but this kicked off my love for them!
2. The Grishaverse written by Leigh Bardugo
Love the magic system, love the characters, love the books!!!!!
3. SJM universe, specifically Throne of Glass, written by Sarah J. Maas
One small thing I like about this series specifically is that the female main character is confident, she knows she's beautiful, and a badass and she isn't afraid to say it or show it, she low key gave me some confidence.
4. Babel written by R.F. Kuang
I felt like a genius reading this book, I never knew I would be into historical fiction?!!!
5. The Folk of the Air written by Holly Black
Fast pace, badass, lots of action, diverse colorful world, honestly this is how I picture it if fae were to exist in our world.
6. Children of Blood and Bone written by Tomi Adeyemi
I first picked up this book because it was a fantasy with people who looked like me and ended up loving it not only for that but the story too, and the magic and powers in this book are amazing too.
7. Assistant to the Villain written by Hannah Nicole Maehrer
FUNNY, that's how to describe this refreshing series if you still want to read fantasy but take a break from the heavy stuff.
8. Godsgrave Trilogy written by Jay Kristoff
Dark, a little bloody, assassins, shadow powers, badass female mc, fights, sarcastic animal companion, footnotes for the reader, and bonus if you listen to the audio (highly recommended for this series) the narrator is AMAZING! A male author who actually knows how to write a female mc which is rare.
Jay Kristoff kills off his characters as easily as he breathes
