It’s a great sidekick to curries, but we use it as an alternative to pizza dough. You can find naan at most grocery stores like @traderjoes @wholefoods and @safeway. — This morning I was craving something brunch-like but not super heavy and I wanted something fresh on the palette. Ingredients: 1 naan bread from #traderjoes 1 tbsp skim ricotta 2 slices of cappola or any left over charcuterie (this is totally optional, but makes it a little #bougie just the way I like it) Zest from half a lemon + juice 1 🥚 Handful of arugula Pepper to taste Red chili flakes — Directions: 1. Toast naan and cappola in the toaster or oven for about 5 minutes to heat up. 2. Mix ricotta, 🍋 zest, and lemon juice in a small bowl. 3. Fry the 🍳. 4. Spread ricotta over toasted naan. 5. Top with the egg, cappola, arugula. Sprinkle with pepper and red chili flakes.
