“ Come on, it’s hilarious -- “
The dark angel is peering down upon the tree he’s perched on -- teal feathers pressed along the expanse of his back as the back of his knees hook along one of the branches to keep himself steady.
“ He fell on his face! If he had enough brains to realize he was going to walk right into the chair -- which, by the way, was right in front of him... then, well -- you wouldn’t get all puffy and probably save me from the pouty look you’re giving me right now. “

The hallway was crowded with a bunch of teenagers. They all had a uniform and were in their respective cliques. Noire stuck out horribly. Her green attire and bow caused all eyes to land on her. She hated it and wanted to shrivel away into a crack in the wall. There were whispers, there were stares. She couldn’t handle all the gawking. It was a mistake going through this portal.
The archer looked around, trying to find some sort of escape from the school kids. She ran to a door and let herself in before slamming it. It was a meager form of a barrier but it helped calmed the girl. That is until she noticed there was someone else in the classroom.
“S-sorry!” she began to say but she didn’t try and leave. She just needed a few more moments to recuperate.

“A....school?” The puppet looked around the hallways. The girl had never been to school so this was a very new situation for her. What if people assumed she was a student? What if they made her go participate in the classes?
“I should...make a quick exit before someone sees me.” Xion muttered to herself. Unfortunately, as she rounded a corner, she almost collided into a student. Not good.
“I’m sorry!” she began to say in a hurried tone, “I’m --ah...n-not feeling well!” she hurried down the hall hoping to make her way back to the pillar.

“What are you looking at..? If it’s my food you’re after, then I suggest you keep walking. I went to great lengths to obtain this.”

the stars twinkle, an awe-inspiring sight, a symphony of the senses. but none can compare to how BRIGHT his eyes shine, casting their blessing upon each and every light portal in the stargate. you may recall seeing him often, in fleeting, as he’s never one to sit out. however, as is his face is brimming with LIFE, the body tires, and his limbs hang limply at his side.
he looks to you, EXPECTING.

Oh, now this promised to be interesting.
Rumors of strange travelers in the halidom had practically quintupled in perfect sync with the pillar of light that had cropped up near Ylisstol. From what Nah had come to understand, it was essentially another Outrealm Gate...but one that no one had had any luck so far in shutting off. If it had anything to do with Naga, or perhaps even another god, Nah’s guess on the matter was as good as anybody else’s.
The Shepherds had been specifically instructed to keep an eye out for troublemakers that may be streaming in from gods-knew-where, and it was to one potential troublemaker that Nah gravitated towards now.
(Or, more specifically, to a girl who looked as though she attracted trouble rather than caused it.)
Nah circled around her with a suspicious glint in her eyes, but there wasn’t anything especially unfriendly about the way she said,
“I wouldn’t pet those if I were you. They’re warhorses, and bred for aggression towards strangers.”
The horses fenced up behind this peaceful field stomped their enormous hooves and whinnied at both the manakete and the world-traveling girl.
