#JustAReminder Self-Care looks different for everyone. I took my own time-out today from my two year old. I hid in the closet for approx. 10 mins. It was absolutely #necessary and maybe my new favourite thing 😆. #SelfCare for both of us!! Talking to my coaches - My FAVOURITE form of self care (I’m a talk-it-out kinda girl #talktherapy).
