Is it just just a universal thing for BOTW players to run around Death Mountain naked while constantly eating and on fire until you buy the fire suit or an elixer?

Just imagine it from the gorons POV: You're just a humble goron either mining or selling stuff, and suddenly some dude who is currently burning to death runs around munching on apples and butt naked like a methhead.
