reminder: you don't discover a subculture the same way as others. some were poor. some grew up without access to database so they could discover underground bands. some grew up in small towns without any friends to get inspiration from. some grew up in families where the music and the culture was different. some were discouraged because of the color of their skin. some never came in contact with the music until they were adults. some had a different gateway into the music. some grew up in a society where such was forbidden.

subculture is about the music but we grow into the music differently and discover our own individual place in the subculture. be considerate.
