Since this morning I have had a Tiktok home with videos about Gotham with povs and stuff like that.

For example like this:

People who create stories by inserting Bruce Wayne as if he were a celebrity like the Kardashians or some actor from our universe. Or stories with sightings of Batman, Nightwing or Robin etc.

I love all of this and I love opening Tiktok and pretending that Gotham and the characters are real ❤️‍🩹

I'm so annoyed with the Martha Wayne pearl necklace discourse.

Of course the pearls she wore to a sketchy theater were fake, it makes sense to plan for the idea that they might be mugged, especially if they insisted on bringing no extra security.

If it weren't for the mugger's itchy trigger finger, she would have probably lost a decent set of fake jewelry (that still probably would have fetched a pretty penny, good quality costume jewelry isn't cheap) and both her and her husband's least favorite wallets.

They were rich people, going to a special charity screening of their young son's favorite TV show.

What happened was a tragedy, not some huge conspiracy. Leave the leaked crime scene phones be, and, as someone from outside of Gotham, I can't understand the fixation on rehashing the case over and over again.

I know tiktok is cringe and all, but currently my fyp there is mostly Gotham fyp, basically a bunch of tiltokers pretending to live in Gotham and doing normal tiktok things but as if they lived there. It is so wholesome and such a fun thing. It makes me miss the time I was knees deep in the online rp forums and HP gif rp. And if been really into the Batman lore and stuff lately but I have a hard time finding good points to start with, with all the timelines and robins and what not. I know tmblr also has like Gotham rp blogs but idk I only really have followed one of them relatively actively.
