Welcome to the World of Tomorrow
When Derek Powers had taken over Wayne Industries, the business world in Gotham had changed dramatically. Gone was the once friendly atmosphere and quality employee insurance that Bruce Wayne had once brought to the table. Derek had thrown out the old blood and made it clear that if people didn't like what he would be doing with Wayne-Powers, they could pack their bags and start emailing their resumes.
In the fallout, several companies tried to latch onto Wayne-Powers that Bruce never would have accepted in his tenure, Foxtecha was created after Lucius Jr was fired, and a smaller company was formed after a disagreement.
That had been over two decades ago and Derek was out of the business world while Bruce Wayne had returned. He was cleaning up the company bit by bit while looking to fix the bonds of employees that had left under Derek's tenure. While this wasn't normally something Terry would be a part of, he might be getting an internship with the R&D department near the summertime. Bruce wanted to see how this company was doing, but was left indisposed.
Terry had made the appointment and in a decent suit arrived outside the business. Bruce had been able to make it but he wanted Terry to at least know if this company would be interested in joining or having a partnership with the Wayne family once again.
