You guys surely remember Goub, the regular comedian guy grown to an influencer-activist. The video is him during his weight loss journey ("cut") last summer - eating ("bulking") in the winter - partying in spring.

The above comparison was made by Goub himself. You can see that he is a lot more "dense", but also he was sucking the belly in on the after pic.

He returned to the UK in the autumn for the protests. Looks like he got lazy with exercising in the meanwhile, gaining some kilos back. He was maybe around 130 kilos/285 pounds.

Now, he is back in Thailand ("fat camp") training after another sudden weight gain.

We see the pattern: he gets fat - goes to Thailand - loses weight - returns to the UK - repeats (this will be the fourth time maybe?). We'll see how things have turned out in December.

Goub has just posted this video about his weight loss journey. At this point, I can't even decide whether he's serious or just joking.

When I say I am disappointed in how his things have turned out, this is what I meant. He lost weight for all the wrong reasons. He says it all in the video.

How to lose 35kg

Step 1: hate yourself

Step 2: have your 💔 broken

Step 3: be depressed

Step 4: be ashamed of yourself

Step 5: starve

Step 6: exercise

Step 7: give up

Step 8: try again... And again... And again...

The amount of self hatred that this video contains next to his most beautiful, funniest and happiest moments is ugly, toxic, literally disgusting. On my part, he has lost the respect I had towards him, NOT because he made up his mind and lost weight, but the hypocrisy, the selfloathing, the lying and pretending of being a body-positive, loveable person throughout the years. And people a proud of him. People find this toxicity motivating.

Hate yourself. Be an absolute shit. Than you will lose weight. Probably lose your whole self, too, but that's okay. At least people will think you look good.

Yet, his profile still says FOLLOW ME IM FAT.

He finally did it.

Goubtube has successfully traded his greatest personality treat (fat and funny) to the most toxic one in the modern world ("health"freak gymrat). His comedic (and smoking hot) days are definitely over.

He says he has lost 30 kilos, so he must be down at around 100kg. He spent the last year in Thailand (as he has done it many times before), because obviously, he couldn't keep up his regime whenever he returned to the UK. He had hurt his leg at some point in April, where his decision came to give in the modern world's fatphobic environment and lose his sex-appeal once and for all.

He could have chosen body-positivism and not freaking out on about his "health", whereas he obviously never had any health problems other than a sprained ankle. He chose "violence".

So I guess he should stay in Thailand quite a bit longer, as he is still trying to lose 10 kilos, to reach 200lbs, where he allegedly was about ten years ago.

This shows how change can be made for the worst. He has literally lost all the personality that made him an enjoyable, wholesome fun guy. Hopefully, he will return to the UK more permanently, and he will double his weight in his forties.

It will be a long recovery.

He moved back and forth until he stayed in Thailand, obviously to get in shape. He has recently posted about his journey, and he got noticably slimmer in the past 7 weeks or so. 

Too bad for that ball-gut. Just a ruined dad bod that’s left.

Goub decided to move back to Mexico for winter (or maybe another year). He had basically no reason for escaping the British winter, since he has built up a nice, warm layer of fat in the last couple of months (arguably at his highest weight ever. Anyway, enjoy this little compilation. All rights go to goubtube on tiktok.

God, imagine you are in the middle of the Graeco-Persian war in 5th century BC. and a warrior like him dashes into you... You would be squashed in a matter of seconds. His shape is absolutely perfect.

Too bad he went on several weight loss journeys, because taken the fact how he expands in basically no time, he would have already surpassed that. But I think it’s still amazing he got bigger overall during quarantine... 275-280 lbs?
