#waybackwednesday When I was a kid everybody fought standing up whether it was on the playground or in the streets. Then @realroyce came a long and redefined the way we think of Martial Arts by sharing his family’s Martial Arts with the world. Years later I would finally put on a Jiu-Jitsu gi and learn ground fighting. Changed my life and perspective on martial arts.
