The status of perfection is a myth created by the ego that it is possible to change ourselves to a point where no change is no longer required.  That is not the human life experience.  We create and re-create always. Life is change and lived in between the contrasts such as light and dark, joy and sadness, and fear and love.  Any human knows all of these places but it is important to keep the awareness of not getting stuck in one emotion like fear or sadness after a dark life moment. When we make mistakes or experience trauma that weighs us down spiritually, there is always “grace” available on our soul path to bring us back into light and love.  Through forgiveness of ourselves and others over life choices, we find grace in healing from simple mistakes to huge transgressions. Grace allows us to let go and start over again which can be hard with the shadow of blame and shame by ourselves or from others. If you have a hard time letting go, ask your guardian angels for help to find grace within you. Imagine taking the emotional burden of a mistake, worry, or trauma and handing it off to your angels to hold for healing so you can move forward. When your soul or heart is lighter, it allows for light and love to return for forgiveness with grace.
