You must allow yourself to be manipulated, in order, to manipulate others. To take control, you must reach for it. In this reach lies fear. So many people reach for your attention daily. Seldom without ulterior motive.

This makes it hard to trust when ever you see this reach. Past traumas come to light when desires to harm the hand that reaches towards you, manifest. Even if it would feed you. Intrusive thoughts Expecially tell you to if it trys to poison/feed you.

You chose you before you would take a chance with any deceitful hands.

Beautiful isn't it? In this moment good and evil are not black or white. They are even the same exzact shape. Changing the mindstate would help you right?

Just exhale years of pain and forgive with a single breath.

Is it safe to take that chance? Be the change you wanna see in the world?

This pain is carried on your sholders and theirs as well

But to do this you must reach inside. Do the very thing to yourself that others have learned to do to you.

No! Change takes time. Any good change that is.

If you cut two clients hair, are you a barber?

You can manipulate hair, just not worth anything, yet. It is in this slight reach into the relm of possibility where you find purpose.

How do you feel gripping that. The motive could feel negative, or positive. But it is yours and yours alone. Label it if you need.

But just know you can die without changing, not everyone has to have the same standards or wants as you.

Be kind to yourself.
