Would the plural of Spider-Man be Spider-Mans, Spider-Men, or Spiders-Man (if we want to be really unhinged)?

I keep forgetting to make this post
Everytime I see the term "cishet" in a post, I get confused
Cuz, I know what it's short for, and I know how it's pronounced
But everytime, my brain autocorrects it to the pronunciation kih-shet
Everytime
Spelling and grandma
Apologising for every time I’ve confused lose with loose
Apologising for every time I’ve mixed up breath with breathe
Apologising for every time I use bear instead of bare
Will continue to make those mistakes, bear with me. I’m looosing my mind so don’t hold your breathe <3 (j)
I'm American and I've ONLY ever heard "towards" being used while "afterwards" & "afterward" changes depending on context.
I even asked some family members and they say they've heard all of them being used and they didn't mention preference but instead asked for context.
I'm ranting about this because I keep trying to use these words for writing but the stupid app keeps telling that I'm "wrong" and that only British people use these words or something. 😒
My curse is that I am terrible at editing my own writing. Stories, Tumblr posts, doesn't matter. I don't see the spelling and grammar errors until reading it six times and several hours later.
I posted a tips and tricks blurb in my side blog yesterday. Its turned out to be more helpful to more folks than expected and has gotten a fair few reblogs. That's awesome and I'm so glad I could help others around here!
However, I am so sorry to the strict grammar folks that may read it. Each reblog is showing me my whoopsies. The information is still useful no matter if I dropped a plural or used the wrong tense or not.
Doing some writing this morning. I’m taking some notes for myself to pass on to beta readers. It is painfully apparent that I am not getting enough sleep, I think, and also that this chapter is driving me crazy.
semicolon? What do :(
how do I even grammar?
Comma? Comma? comma-gain? :)))))))
is the english language broken or is it just me? ...it is probably just me, irrevocably broken.
Hi guys, so I just want to apologize for my grammar and spelling(as I oftenly get it wrong). I have multiple disorders and learning disabilities that make it hard to write, type or speak correctly. I usually am okay but sometimes I just can't spell or remember a word or whatever. I know it makes me look young or stupid or uneducated, and I try to correct it using spell check(though sometimes I can't find the right spelling of the word I'm looking for).
So uh, I just wanted to say sorry if you find my typing annoying, cause I try but I can't always get it correct.
Sorry
And sorry for the rant y'all, thanks for still following me for whatever reason though!
AND NOW THAT I’VE SAID THAT -
Which one is it?
Affect, or effect?
When do I use them, and what’s the difference between the two of them?
