The start of the 2018 Granite Man. Lake Sunapee, NH.
So this happened last Thursday. Rifling through my iPhone photos I realize there's a few things I forgot to upload. This is the most exciting one. More to come. But anyways, this is 'Granite Man', who was on the boardwalk September 29th. He legitimately looked like a statue when you walked by! That paint was magical and his miming was excellent. His fingers moved near my face (because I was walking close to him) the first time we saw him and I nearly jumped. Whenever he stood still he looked like stone, and as long as his movements weren't erratic, he looked like a living statue. I wish I had cash when we went. Lorien [on the right] did, so that's good. But yeah, he was SO COOL. I love my semi-random trips down the boardwalk. We wouldn't've seen him if we didn't have to kill an hour and a half due to the wood shop being locked unexpectedly. Legit.
