but you have to remember that she was in control of walsh and he was able to turn into a flying monkey over the town line. So perhaps she still has magic outside of storybrooke?

That's a good point and I concede that it could be possible. But what about the following

Why was Marian's heart red when Regina pulled it out?

How did Zelena defeat death by Rumple (the man doesn't make many mistakes) without magic?

If she was Zelena all along why defend Snow White? Why get abducted by Regina? Did she know Emma was going to end up in the cell and save her and bring her back? If so how? There are a lot of holes getting disguised Zelena to the future (unless that wasn't her goal).

Why stand up to the Snow monster? 

How does Robin not notice Marian is a different person after weeks? 

Why would she "want to be chosen?" Why give up Robin to Regina? 

I am sure that I am missing some but basically there are a lot of questions on how this would work. So many that I worry we won't get good answers to all of them.
