(NOTE: Prior character interaction recommended (but depending on muse, not always required))
"I... I feel lost..."
The humanoid robot is sitting at a table at a café, confiding in your muse about some personal trouble.
"I was created to be a fashion model...but I couldn't handle all the cons. The pressure, the competition, the inconsistent hours... I ended up quitting. But I'm starting to wonder...if I made the right choice...because I've been having trouble finding another job.
"Usually, I'd just avoid talking about this and try to make jokes, y'know? But...I can't anymore; I can't keep relying on other people to help me meet my needs."
"So...I'm biting the bullet and asking for help. Would you be kind enough to help me find a job? I'd appreciate it so goddamn much, you have no idea."
Fashion Model 8465, AKA "BAbS" - Jaded Former Model, Potential "Cool Aunt"

On Ares -- the alternate version of Mars -- there is a huge variety of species under the "Aresian" moniker, and they have attained technology far greater than on Terra Fantasia or even Terra Firma. This includes machines with AI advanced enough to gain sapience.
One such AI was given the choice of what sort of body and function they wanted; they gravitated toward the one pictured below, a 6-foot-tall Fashion Model Gynoid, as they were looking forward to what they believed would be a glamorous life.
(art by grayscalerain/saliantsunbreeze/saliant, some of it lightly edited by me; NOTICE! -- if you decide to go looking for the artist's work, do be warned that it often contains dark themes, as well as some wildly raunchy content...)
Well, the sad truth is, it's not all glamor or fancy parties or heaps of cash. For many, modeling is a grueling, low-paying job, particularly when they're starting out. Oh, there are a lot of pros to working such a job -- fashion shows and photo shoots can be fun for those who seek out this job, high-quality photos are part of the job, and yes, there's also the fame and fortune, to name a few positive points. However, this AI, now known as 8465 (nicknamed "BAbS"), couldn't handle the cons -- i.e. the aforementioned low pay (at least initially), no set hours (which means potentially very little time for a machine like her to recharge), often long hours (see previous), no creative control, lots of pressure, and worst of all, no privacy (she is able to deal with creeps, having built-in defenses such as concealed weapons, but she'd prefer if she didn't need them).
She ended up quitting the business, and her experience with said business left her somewhat jaded and cynical. She has no intention of going back, and is currently looking for another job (that doesn't require the use of her, ahem, "assets"). She tries to be at least cordial with other people -- lord knows some people are more challenging to be polite to than others -- but she tries to avoid innocent people (i.e. children), as she worries she may not be a good influence to them (which is somewhat true, as she has indulged in vices like alcohol). If she is able to overcome this self-doubt, however, she may be surprised that she can potentially be more of a "cool aunt" or "cool big sis" figure than she realized (especially if she uses her concealed weaponry and other defenses to protect those she finds herself growing close to)!
My birb, Gale, sporting a more protective version of the zero suit for halloween. Art done by @saliantsunbreeze as part of their Halloween ‘18 sketch sale.
Also going to double as her character portrait for use in Hc Svnt Dracones. Gotta love them mobility augmentation rigs.
