RIght now I’m really enjoying the Graze coca and Vanilla protein bites. I normally have them with some fruit and munch away. I’ m also really fond of Ginger Beer at the moment.

how our nutritionist celebrates Valentine’s Day
For me, Valentine's Day (whether you have a partner or not!) is about appreciating your favorite people in your life. Celebrate by sending your loved ones a message, giving them a call or even a handwritten note to let them know you appreciate them! These small actions can go a long way and instantly fill up their love tank.
Like with any celebration, I like to make sure to have a nutrient dense breakfast planned to start the day. It's also important to stay hydrated with water and herbal teas which helps me eat chocolates with total enjoyment, zero guilt and minus the energy crash!
I also like to add raw beets to my smoothies for their gorgeous crimson-red color which looks and tastes delicious! Last year I made a Valentine's Day breakfast juice using beet, carrot, apple and coriander and served them out of wine glasses. They tasted delicious and added a bit of fun to the day!
