These Greek Sliders with Feta Aioli are a flavorful twist on classic sliders. The ground beef or lamb is seasoned with Greek-inspired flavors, and the creamy feta aioli adds a delicious Mediterranean touch.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef or lamb. 1/4 cup minced red onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese. Slider buns. Lettuce, tomato, and red onion for topping. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese for aioli. 1 tbsp lemon juice. 1 tsp minced fresh dill. 1/2 tsp minced garlic.
Instructions: Put the ground meat, minced garlic and red onion, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Combine well. Make small patties about the size of sliders out of the mixture. Warm up the grill or pan on the stove over medium-high heat. Cook the sliders for three to four minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, crumbled feta cheese, lemon juice, minced dill, and minced garlic. Set this bowl aside while you cook the sliders. Mix until it's smooth. You can grill or toast the slider buns until they are lightly browned. Stack your sliders by putting a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, then a slider patty, a tomato slice, and an onion slice. Spread a lot of the feta aioli on the top bun, and then put it on top of the slider ingredients to finish making the Greek sliders. Enjoy while hot!
