#Temeraire#Hornblower#Greyling#Archie Kennedy#dragon#vast art tag#This took so long#also I was only planning on the summer version#but whenever I finish a neatly layered piece I give in to the urge to play dress up dolls#this is Archie's post-Kingston gig. to me :)#I am obsessed with Ophelia and I hope to infect everyone#her egg was super close to hatching with no prospective captain nearby#so how does one make sure Archie won't get court martialled in case he makes it?#exactly#risk it and place that egg by his sickbed#:)#they mean so much to me your honour#also I am playing it very loose with calling her a Greyling#because I think she is larger and chonkier and more patterned than they are described#but then again the Longwing design is complex as well#so I feel justified#dont examine the harness too closely it makes little sense#but I am not a fan of short wing membrane attachment areas#and this is already plenty short#so we are working on a bit of suspension of disbelief here#she keeps snacks in that tail bag btw#she will shake it closer to the tip of her tail upon landing and curl to get her snackies out
