Ingredients: 2 lbs flank steak. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup olive oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon cumin. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped. 2 limes, juiced.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, chopped cilantro, and lime juice to create the marinade. Place flank steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the meat is well-coated.
