Doing workouts with Super/Combo Sets in Circuit fashion is the best way I know of to take advantage of PHA or Peripheral Heart Action which is the process where the heart pumps blood to various parts of the body that need the love. So the idea here is to work different body parts with various exercises to maximize the work your heart and lungs can perform.
