Apparently You Are What You See | @grootconstantia Lady of Abundance 2017, a wine that we opened to revaluate twenty-plenty, halfway through an incomparable year. | The wine is comprised of 34% Pinotage, 33% Shiraz, 32% Merlot and 1% Grenache. It is complex and intense, with notes of red fruit, some cherries and spice. But the mouthfeel is exquisite, so mellow with a gentle tannic structure. What a generous, abundant wine, it kept giving and giving. One of my favorite things we did in Cape Town was go to a winery 🍷 We chose @grootconstantia and had the most perfect slow day enjoying the beautiful weather and some delicious wine.
