Garden Growth Update
I tried posting this earlier but it looks like tumbler ate it but here's a few pics of our first raised garden bed. We finished is a couple weeks back but haven't planted anything in it yet because we plan on planting in it this fall. We are also planning on putting at least 2-4 more up before fall and are currently working on our layout for both beds and drip line.
As an update for week ending 06/08 we are currently working on uppotting the potted garden, pruning and removing some old plants that are not producing/are dying out and cleaning up the patio space so there are no pictures of our current plants today but I will have some later this week.
Endless tomatoes!

PNW Horticulture Blog is Live!
Cultivating and growing your own food in the Maritime Pacific Northwest through organic...
The general consensus was a solid affirmation in having a separate blog for edible gardening! You can check out the new blog here (https://pnwhorticulture.tumblr.com).
The blog is still in its very early stages, but give it a little time and we will get the archive built up. With spring planting season around the corner, it will build up quickly.
The blog will be run a little differently than SeattleSucculents. Discussions and set learning “modules” (such as seed saving, vermicomposting, soil structure, water conservation, harvest storage, etc) will be a part of this blog along with my growing season content.
Thanks to all who gave their input!
Hope to see you all on the Horticulture side!

Completed Beds
Gotta put these to use soon. I'm thinking vertical grow towers? Going to save a few for long aquaponics grow beds as well. That would make them easier to get down the aisles. Plus I can put at least 3 in tri angle formation. #Aquaponics #GrowBeds #Aquatics #GrowingGreens #SaladForDays #Farming #ClosedLoopSystem #Produce https://www.instagram.com/p/B-3xrSWBjO9/?igshid=gbo10reudq6j
