It’s been a while...
Hey. It’s been a while since I’ve done more than reblogging here, haven’t really posted any art for a really long time. I’ve been busy working over on @pixelconstructor‘s Grumpy Witch Emilia’s revenge and thought I’d post a little update. We’ve all been working hard and we’ve really got something great going.
We have a whole new group of creatures along with some new looks for our original ones:
We’ve undergone quite a makeover on the look as well. We’ve moved on from just using flat 2D artwork and working with both 2D and 3D assets.
Our animations have also gone through some reworking. Here is a look at things in action.
As you can see the team has been super busy.

It was quite common to find the sorceress wandering aimlessly through the empty fields of DreamLand at night. No one could spot her and it was a nice way to get some fresh air. After all she can’t stay cramped up in her realm forever.
Though during her aimless wandering she felt a dark aura near by. One that was similar to hers in some ways. One that she haven’t felt in a long while.
She knew this presence far too well.
Another Dark Matter was near by.
Just her luck, and here she thought she was alone.
IT LOOKS LIKE SHPIGS ARE POPULAR
So I’m going to talk more about them.
Shpigs are amazing. Take a pig. Put a pastel sheep on the outside. Then make it nigh indestructible.
I'm sorry about what happened, is H better now? It's horrible to have something like that happen to someone you care about. This is why I feel you have to be careful when taking certain actions especially as a witch. Because it ends up like you said not really helping the situation at hand in the way they probably thought it would.
Hello =) Thank you for your concern - that’s very kind of you. H is better although it was a bit of a fight to fix him and I’m still kinda pissed about the whole thing.
You’re entirely right - actions, especially magical ones - can have one hell of a knock-on effect. (For example, the first spell I ever did aged 14 was a joke - I didn’t believe in it, it was just a ruse to help my little sister feel better because she was being bullied at school. We hexed the girl bullying her. A week later, the bully fell and broke her leg. I’ve taken magic - especially anything meant to harm or punish - extremely seriously since then.)
I don’t know who did this, I assume they were very upset and frustrated. I also think someone they knew probably died in that shooting. It was a messy, shoddy spell but it had a lot of feeling behind it - no one puts that kinda raw hate and pain into a spell on a whim. And whilst I am very sorry for their pain and the lives lost, I am damn unimpressed they earthed it in my ghost.
Here is a vfx animation that I did for Grumpy Witch Emilia’s Revenge. Go check out @pixelconstructor to see more from Grumpy Witch!
