Part of My Thing on Tumblr is Talking About The Thing

I talked sort of about my past last night and induced another nightmare. Probably the third since my longass post explaining what happened.

I honestly feel bad for who I'm sleeping with when I have a nightmare. I'm fine when alone but it might be a problem if someone was with me.

It's been suggested that I not bring it up so close to sleeping, but it happens almost regardless of what that day was like.
