his shape comes in many forms.

his irises sound dark. not the endless void of the night kind of dark—the sound of wind coming from an unknown source—but the dark that beckons you to fill itself with love and tender care, the dark that's been left alone for too long. its dark is a hollow space shaped like it waits for my decorations.

the scent of his nose is as if it wishes it could share as little air space between you and it so he could give you a huge rub on the nose, drawing you closer the more you smell it. its smell is shaped like kueh—very sweet but subtly savoury.

his voice usually feels tired—it's tired of the world around it. but when it's around me, it feels very relaxed, as if it has always needed me to give it a short hummed phrase in response to its glissandos shaped like noodles.

his ears seem very sharp but rounded, always ready to pay full attention whenever i feel sad or angry or inadequate. they are shaped to be like a pelog scale, i try to not hurt them with words of alien dissonance.

his skin… well, i suppose i'll keep this one in particular to myself. but simply know that when i had even but a lick of its shape, there was already no going back.
