I think it's very interesting how in Guarma, Dutch exclaims that the battle is fun, ["Y'know, this is kind of fun!", during the last Guarma mission] That simple, silly little line brings to light Dutch's psychotic pleasures. In our point of view; yes, it is pretty fun. It's a game, a very detailed and fun cowboy game. But if we look at in a different perspective, not quite.

For Arthur, it's hell. If we think about it, in Saint Denis [Post-Guarma], the doctor tells Arthur that he should take it slow, rest someplace warm and dry. Guarma is the exact opposite of that, imagine how uncomfortable he would've felt? His lungs must have been practically burning up. But for Dutch, it's not like that at all. Dutch has always been somewhat a revolutionist, of course he would love Guarma. For him, the heat is bearable, and who doesn't love fighting against money-greedy slave owners? Guarma is almost a paradise for a man with Dutch's ideals; Guarma brings to light how Dutch has an obsessive pleasure with fighting [No matter rich or poor, Southern or not.] These six words that Dutch said, are genuinely such good writing, though it's often loss as the fans of this game are mostly racist "Abigail was the traitor" incels. The game's writing really just depends on your level of literacy, like most things; the story isn't complex, you just need a brain to understand it.
