I survived my first Monday classes in the pole studio!

Something we've been low-key working on is position changes while holding the dumbbell. Forte has a tendency to drop it while moving so I've been working on that. He's not perfect in this clip, but he held onto the dumbbell so it's progress in the right direction.

Even though it takes a few tries to get it right, it's clear he's trying so hard. He's such an earnest dog.
