Do you need to learn all guitar scales in the books to become a great guitar player? No. But there may be more to learning a guitar scale than you think.
Are you trying to learn them all? Focus on this instead.
I’m still most confident in E Minor and A chord, but I’m getting there in the G chord department. This is mostly simple strumming exercises to help me with my rhythm while also helping me work on transition between chords. I also branched out a little bit, and threw a few D chords in there just because I’m feeling a little bit better about them. The position is getting more comfortable for me, even if it isn’t perfect.
Next project is A Minor and E Major!
