allies do a lot for the LGBT community, i would consider them part of the community than instead of just labelling them as ” special snowflake protection warriors “
allies are allies instead of actually in the community because they're not supposed to be in it
they're allies because they're supposed to support us and be there for us and help us fight for our rights but most of the time i just see people claim to be allies and then whine that they want some kind of reward and its really fucking annoying and disrespectful because the LGBTQA+ community is a community of actual LGBTQA+ people
most of the "allies" i've seen are just pissy babies that are treating us like objects
they're treating us like we're some means to get a reward and once they have that reward they're done supporting us
i'm not talking about all allies. i'm talking about literally 99% of the ones i have personally seen
they treat us like we're some game that they can play until they get a reward like if youre an actual ally you should be more worried about the community you're protecting rather than worry about getting something in return.
