So even though the mileage was closer to 3 miles, and I definitely don’t run a 9 min. mile, I still completed the first story and had a blast. If you’re not a fan of running, try this out. It makes it a little bit more interesting. I didn't even hate 4am as much as I thought I would. Thanks @fatmaninalittlesuit for posting about this years ago. You inspired me to try it then, and I’m coming back to it now. :)
Here’s also a cool thing, I squatted 20kg + the 20kg bar = 40kg (88lbs) for 2x10 (i did just the bar x10 before that). So thats a new PB. Let’s see if I can raise that next time because it wasn’t too difficult.
Also deadlifted 30kg + bar (dont know how heavy this one was didn’t check) 2x10 which is ALSO a new PB
I gotta brag for a hot second bc i started skipping in the gym two weeks ago and my mum, and one of the owners were laughing at how shit i was iCOULDNT DO ONE JUMP!!! But now ya gurl can do 23 in a row, multiple times over, the rest is stamina and ill b like goddamn Rocky!!!
