♓: one thing you're looking forward to
I have a good few things to look forward to in the near future, but in the interests of blog relevance I’m going to say seeing Bertie and Ben in The Bakkhai in a few weeks with you, habitofsavinghim

Jonathan always found it marvellous how having something to look forward to could lift an otherwise miserable situation.
For example, on this particular day he was returning to Shropshire. On the one hand, this put him firmly back under the thumb of his father – proximity succeeding in making the old man all the more wicked and avaricious. On the other, the county had its delights, and one in particular by the name of Arabella Woodhope.
He had made only the shortest of stops at Ashfair, dropping off his bags and picking up his horse before heading to see her. He would do well to give the impression that he was visiting Henry, however – calling on his childhood friend would, theoretically, generate much less gossip within the village than calling upon his sister would, not to mention the small matter of his uncertainty regarding whether Arabella even wanted him to call on her.
It appeared that luck – or perhaps God, since Henry was around somewhere – was on his side. He was led into the sitting room to find Arabella occupying the seat opposite the door.
“Good afternoon, Miss Woodhope.”
