Platonic!Child!reader whose job it is to log the times and events of the ragnarok battles!

Warnings: Spoilers for season 3!!

Everyone in Valhalla knew of you, you were the one logging the times and events of the ragnarok after all, and they'd always hear about one of the fighters talking on your little interviews you held before all of the fights.

You gave them questions and they'd reply as best they could. It was one of the ways some of the fighters would try and get on the public's good side, OR they'd use it to brag and boost their own egos. And some of the more serious and stoic fighters would rarely even say anything on the interviews all together.

One of Your favourites you got to interview was Adam because he was so nice to you! He answered every question so quickly and he thought you were super cute. He didn't know a child would be here doing all of these things but he admired the hard work and dedication you put in and he told you to stay safe. it had everyone cheering him on in the fight!.

You were pretty scared while interviewing thor, but you slowly warmed up towards the giant. He answered only a few of the questions you asked, which was fine. You weren't actually expecting him to answer any of them at all, so you were very happy with the answers you received! He was very chill about the whole thing as well which put you at ease. He respected the work you did, tracking everything and making sure the broadcasting channels were working perfectly the entire time!

One of the scariest gods you had tried to interview was Beelzebub and Poseidon. You were TERRIFIED of them both. When you first held your mic (whilst shaking like a tree branch about to snap at any moment) and asked lord Beelzebub about how he was feeling and if he was excited about the fight. He looked down at you, you felt like a rabbit Infront of a gian wolf about to rip you apart..

Luckily he didn't! Lord Beelzebub was quite strange whilst giving his answers to your questions but nonetheless it was actually quite nice interviewing him.

Poseidon was scary. You knew he didn't want a stupid interview so you were extra cautious while asking him. To your surprise, he actually did it! You were very happy but also still scared as hell. It was pretty easy asking him the questions though!

The ones that annoyed you the most though were Apollo,Loki, and Leonidas. You sighed when it was their turns to be interviewed. They barely talked about or answer the questions. Like only one at max. They talked about themselves much more.

Apollo talked about the beauty in the fights and that he was excited but then he just started talking about his own beauty and that once he won he'd be hanging out with his nymphs, also bragging about his achievements?? Not the time twin please for the love of Tartarus just answer THE FUCKING QUESTIONS.

Loki was trying to pull shit whilst answering the questions with a barely listenable voice. He was cocky the entire time and you could not interview him for more than ten minutes before Thor was told to quickly pull him away because he was just embarrassing himself the entire time💔

Leonidas was just talking about how much he hated Apollo and that he was excited to beat his ass. Sigh..Ahem..anyways. he was getting hyped up by his men the entire time btw. This mf.

Qin was very nice!. Sure he was very prideful but after he finished the questions, and the broadcasts stopped, he was very kind towards you. He'd pat your head and praise you for your work, he was amazed that such a young child could do all of this so professionally! when he entered the arena you actually felt scared for him and didn't want him to compete. Luckily he didn't die! Although you were still very sad about hades.

But as I said before, interviewing the fighters wasn't the only thing you did! You'd log the time that the opponent died and how long the battle took. Just to list a few

Lubu vs thor: 16 minutes and 28 seconds

Adam vs zeus: 7 minutes and 13 seconds

Qin shi Huang vs hades: six days

You had everything about the fights logged down aswell! You had a MASSIVE book full of all of the info about the fights, what abilities the fighters had and how they used them, their tactics and what you thought their thought processes were.

You were a very smart child that everyone couldn't help but cheer for!

Alot of the fighters you talked to had become friends with you due to how smart and quick you were.

Everyone may have been divided even more because of the Ragnarok but there was one thing they could all agree on, and that was their love for you!

as zag started to get better at playing lyre, he would start learning soothing melodies and lullabies from orpheus. he would play anytime he had any access moments with than in his room, hoping he would take a small break and actually rest,.

The house of hades office area is so clear in my mind.

Thanatos' desk is perfectly organised, reports are stacked neatly, pens and pencils are organised in a pen cup, he documents everything in a dated work diary. No one dares touch his desk or move anything, because they're afraid he'll literally kill them over an eraser being 2cm to the left.

Hypnos' desk is 'organised', it's cluttered but he knows where everything is. All his stationary is cute, he's got a sticker collection, there's stickey notes with doodles and to do lists everywhere. Also a blanket over the back of the chair. Looks like one of those kawaii kpop stan desks but with the champions of Elysium and Scylla and the Sirens.

Zagreus' desk is,,, a disaster. No organisation, he never knows where anything is. One pen he found on the floor, reports thrown into a pile thats about to fall off his desk. Collection of empty cups he hasn't taken to the kitchen yet. But somehow, things get done by the last second. The only part that's organised is the shelf of trinkets people have gifted him, he keeps them neat.

Megera's is pretty bare, since she's out more than in. But it's got the essentials, organised but not super neat. Hair ties wrapped around her pens, a few notes on deadlines stuck to the stationary. Her pens keep going missing, she has a few ideas who it might be... *cough* Zag *cough*

Achilles' is organised with his reports but not his stationary. It looks like a stressed, overworked teachers desk. He's always missing something he needs, but can count on one of the twins to have it, and they can count on him to return it. He's got drawings stuck up on display from Patroclus and Zagreus, and all the stickers Hypnos has given him are collecting on the drawers.

Better late than never, I suppose.

approachable person. She kept conversations short and clear, she was hostile, snarky, rude.... Yet, you two somehow ended together. You two had started hanging out more regularly, getting closer, both emotionally and physically. So, once Nem realized her feelings for you (With the help of Melinoe.), she simply said "We're dating now." She didn't make it a big deal. And, you of course just went with it.

-She is possessive. She knows what's hers and wants to make sure others know it. And, this possessiveness extends to her belongings. It takes a long while for her to start to even let you use her sword. It was her prized possession after all. She would take her claim on you, by leaving bite marks on you. If that's not enough she will give you a lure or two, so you can hang them somewhere. She will at some point, give you armor. She wants you safe, she won't take no for an answer. She will occasionally insist you wear it, especially if you two are out fighting monsters.

-Nem isn't a fan of PDA, she doesn't see the point of it to showcase your relationship to others. But, if she does see someone being handsy with you or getting too close in her mind, she will be wrapping her arm around you, gripping you tightly and glaring daggers at the other person. She won't let you out of her grip for the rest of the night. Making sure you and everyone else know that you are hers.

-She will have you train so much, she doesn't want a weak partner. You will have to at least be able to keep up with her. She will be a harsh teacher, criticizing your every move until you get the specific move and/or combo down. Or, at least to an acceptable degree. She will compliment you, once you get better. But, it's in the Nem fashion of "Good enough." Or, "Better than the earlier one." That's the best you will get.

-Despite her diamond hard shell and cold exterior, she is vulnerable and conscious under the tough cover. When you get close to her, her walls start to crack. She doesn't like it, her being vulnerable, you seeing it. She tries to brush it off, claiming it's nothing. If you push her about it slightly, she will snap, repeating herself, that it's nothing. But, once she sees your face, mix caring and surprised by her outburst, she calms down. She tries to keep it short, telling you how she thinks her worth is directly tied to how well she can fight and how she wants more acceptance from Hecate. Somehow, your words manage to comfort her, she doesn't say anything. Only holding you close, that's her way of saying she cares about you.

-Nem is an impulsive and reckless person at times, throwing herself into danger without a thought. She loves the thrill of the battle, so she lets the bloodlust consume her. So, when she gets hurt in the battle you will scold her slightly as you patch her up. She huffs and rolls her eyes, not really listening to you. But, she is glad you're taking time out of your day to patch her up, she appreciates it. Even if she doesn't say it often.

-She is competitive to a fault, she will want to make everything a competition. No matter how big or small, going fishing? She wants to make it a competition. On a jog? Competition time. Eating spicy food? Competition. She will have a smug smirk, once she wins. She will be teasing you about it, not too much, but just enough to rub it on your face. If she loses she will give you a backhanded compliment. Again, the best you will get from her.

A nickname said with mirth in his voice and a playful glare that holds nothing but love.

You, among with many others in the House, like to teasingly poke at the Prince's buttons with playful jabs and taunting comments. But you are one of the few that holds no true malice behind your words and makes a point to check in on him to see if these comments bother him.

He greatly appreciates your concerns and semi constant check ins, it makes him feel seen in a way he hasn't yet really experienced--

But he wouldn't call you his little minx if you weren't a little gremlin! Oh no no, you are by far the most mischievous soul he'll ever meet!! Your quick witted quips, your sly smirks and knowing looks as you press each of his buttons (with love, of course!), all of these factors are what got him to coin your title!

Zagreus may roll his eyes and send some playful jabs back, but he loves having a partner that can match his energy!! And he can't help but find it so cute when you snark him in that mirthful tone of yours!

Maybe thats the romantic in him, but he truly believes that you are worth every coin under the sun and ever uncut gem beneath the surface. He may doubt how someone as brilliant as you could ever stand next to someone as dull as him, but he is quick to push those worries aside when he sees the way you smile at him.

The man, as soon as he rises from the Styx, will look for you in the halls of the house, and you can bet that if he catches a glimpse of you he will be hurrying to your side and calling for you without a hint of shame in his tone.

Oh this boy...When he isn't trying to 'escape' the labyrinth that is the Underworld (or..dying), he is in your arms and is making himself right at home in your warm embrace!!

You've gained the nickname from...well...You hold a sweetness to you unlike anything he's ever experienced in the Underworld! He would gladly drown in you if it meant he could experience you again and again.

This nickname isnt as widely known, like Jewel, and nor is it used so sparingly like Minx! The nickname is used for the few quiet moments you two share together, its said with so much tenderness -as if you'd shatter like a glass bottle if Zagreus spoke it in any other way- you melt every time he says it.

These quiet moments tend to be with you two laying down, legs tangled with the others and embracing eachothers warmth and love.

To me, both Hades and Chronos are part of a generation where a diagnosis means nothing to them. To them, their symptoms are just their "quirks" and preferences. It also means they surpress parts of their behaviour (mask), seeing them as flaws in their character rather than being just autism.

I headcanon Chronos in particular masks stimming quite heavily. It's a combo of both shame as well as a strict upbringing with Uranos who didn't appreciate Chronos clicking his tongue, snapping his fingers or humming in a rythmic pattern (like a metronome or clock).
