  Finally, Hahari was pregnant again. No one besides him and her knew yet, even Momotaro was kept in a dark, because they both knew he would get so excited he would tell everyone about his new sibling. And today was the day they were about to tell Momotaro – and this way, to everyone else in Konoha too.

  The Hokage ordered a layered cake with strawberries, so Momotaro would be assured it’s good news. He also bought Gomo a toy and there were two gifts wrapped on the table, one for their son and another one for his wife.

  Lately, he has been happy, trying to live as peacefully as he could and somehow, it was working.

Kunoichi Hahari dares Hashirama to chug a whole sake barrel. Totally uncontaminated, she didn't put anything it in it, pinky swear 😉

Hahari is here with the best gift Hashirama could ask for; money.

"I got a really nice bonus for a wedding robe I made for the mother-of-the-bride, so I thought you could have a bit!" A very tidy amount, in an envelope, all cash. "Go have fun with it okay? I'm saving mine for something else."

Hashirama thanks Hahari and leaves for the town. 

In the evening, he comes back with a box wrapped in a rose gold, shiny paper with a red ribbon. 

“My dear, I bought you something!” he says when he walks through the door, smiling. It was a long time since he bought her anything this beautiful. Inside, there was a brooch with a dark blue sapphire stone he bought at the local jeweler‘s. 

“I hope you will like it, but we can return it in case you don’t like it.” @theredpalace
