Half a heart -Ethan Dolan

HALF A HEART:

Ethans's POV -

Running my finger's through my messy hair I leaned into the pillows. I'd been in my room for days not having the energy to do much. Although Gray was persistant I couldn't eat, it made me sick. So Ijust lied there and slept most of the time, looked through our old pictures missing her. I had heard from her best friend Emily that she had been the same in tears locked away in her room wearing my sweater, My favorite one at that that I let her borrow. I loved seeing her in my clothes, But seeing her curled up asleep when she was over in my sweater, It made my heart melt. I was sure Gray and Emily had been exchanging their concern for us. We were broken without each other. She's my other half my world, My every being shes my person, And I've lost her. I felt like I was missing part of me my bed felt empty without her in my arms, Her laughter and smile missing from the air. I grabbed my phone texting her something then set it down sighing leaning into the bed.

Y/N POV -

I sniffled hearing my phone go off. I usually would ignore it but I felt the need to look at it because I knew it was from him. I opened it years falling from my eyes.

Half A Heart

It’s like having half of a heart, I’m still here, Still alive, But I’m not living. I feel like the world is against me and so is everyone in it. The other half of my heart is broken into tiny pieces, Pieces that are scattered all over the world. People are walking all over my scattered heart, And with each broken piece that is walked on I get weaker and weaker. The problem is there is no cure for a broken heart. So I will live with half a heart until the day comes when my remaining heart decides it’s time to give in, and simply live up in the sky amongst the ray of stars.
