Something that came back to me randomly while I was trying to sleep: when we were first exploring our plurality in therapy, it was our therapist who originally brought up endogenic (specifically neurogenic) origins. She didn't use that terminology of course, seeing as those are community terms she has no way of knowing, but she theorized that our plurality was connected to our autism and other disorders. Of course, that turned out to very much not be the case (at least, not entirely), but it makes you wonder about those who claim psychology professionals don't recognize endogenic plurality...
