Another horse animation! For this one I used a video as a refrence, since I definitely learn more when I do it that way and have more fun! As for the image quality, it's driving me insane the way my phone keeps lowering the resolution whenever I make gifs of my animations, so I apologise but this is the best I can do for now.

My greatest respect to all of you who do Animatics and Animation for EPIC and other fandoms. It's fun, but a perfectionists worst nightmare. Kudos to all of you who make it look effortless.

Okay guys. Mental health issues and overwork gave me a hard kick in the last four months, state of things and the world ain't helping much.

Still, art is a trapezoid spectrum of sanity filter, escapism and procrastination for me, so I manage to engage in it even when my brainspace becomes a very dire place. It helps staying engaged in the world, even if the outcome is nothing someone would hang in a galery.

I've reread Tchaikowsky's "Children of Ruin" recently (hence Octoposeidon), and also Mary Shelley's "Frankenstein", and regarding the tendency towards authoritarian monoculture around the globe, I would like to share two quotes with you all:

It has learned the limits of monoculture, turned inward in an everlasting round of tedium. Only by accepting the other can it truly find diversion and inspiration; only by allowing the universe to be separate from it can it have the infinite variety it craves." — A. Tchaikowsky, 'Children of Ruin'
