Headcanons:

They were in rival high school garage bands, Obi-Wan is a singer and Maul is a drummer

Anakin is Obi-Wan's younger step-brother and Qui-Gon and Shmi are their parents (Qui-Gon is Obi-Wan's dad and Shmi is Anakin's mom. And Qui-Gon is a teacher who helped Anakin while he was struggling in school, and met Shmi that way, and they started dating and eventually living together with their sons.)

Maul and Asajj and Savage and Feral are all siblings by different parents and their mom is Mother Talzin, a very rich woman who loves her children and needs no spouse.

Maul lost his legs in a car accident, coincidentally the same one that paralyzed Qui-Gon from the Waist down. Some drunk old Man named sheef or something dumb hit them both and died and nobody missed him

Obi-Wan was dating Satine, and Maul was dating Pre Viszla, Satine’s Sister (Bo-Katan)'s best friend.

Maul and Obi-Wan had only known each other as "the other Band's singer/drummer" until Bo got them all together for a double date she was fifth wheeling on because she's sorta friends with them all.

Maul and Obi-Wan got along really well and got caught up coming up with a song together

Satine thought it was cute and when Maul stole Obi-Wan from her, she wasn't all that upset. She's still good friends with Obi-Wan.

Obi-Wan helps Maul with his schoolwork and Maul helps write new songs for (now) their band.

Obi-Wan knows about caring for prosthetics and such from helping Qui-Gon at home, so he's a pleasant surprise to Maul, who is used to having to go through the whole "just because I'm handicapped doesn't mean you should treat me differently but also sometimes I need a hand up" song and dance with him.

Maul is very loud and dramatic about Obi-Wan

He didn't have to stand outside and yell.

Qui-Gon invited him inside but he just wanted to stand outside and yell for the Aesthetic™️

Obi-Wan gets a kilt for prom in part because of his scottish heritage, and in part to show exposed-lower-leg solidarity with his boyfriend.

They aren't prom kings, partly because they hijacked the DJ to sing a new song of theirs and got disqualified.

Tefaelian had his harp, neatly tucked into a carrying case, over one shoulder, and Dawn’s hand in his.

“Lead me safely,” he told her, pale eyes turned sightlessly to hers even as he smiled. “There are not enough trees here to guide me.”

They had stolen an evening, and Tefaelian made an unusual request of her. He often heard the singing from the taverns in town, and he was curious to learn the human music. Dawn sang some of it to him, but she was a duke’s daughter, and the townsfolk were reluctant to sing their bawdy tavern songs for her.

So now she wore a soft, simple dress with her hair braided up like a country lass. She had worried that Tefaelian would stick out in his Faerie silks, but when he met her at the edge of the forest, he was dressed in the muted clothes of a traveling bard. Oh, he would always be beautiful, but with his hair covering the points of his ears and dressed in human clothes, he looked just human enough to pass in the shadowy taverns.

draal knows this was his only option, getting a robotic arm to take the place of his natural one. but sometimes he wishes he could go back in time and move himself over just a bit, stop his arm from turning to stone.

without it, he just feels lost. the mechanical arm helps, to a degree, but he’ll never be the same again.

he'll never fully be whole again.

and it's thoughts like these that have him lying awake at night, when he should be asleep. it has him tossing and turning, wincing at the moments where he places his metal hand beneath his head and feels the coolness hitting his face instead of a warm hand.

“you're thinking too loud,” he hears a voice say softly next to him, and he glances down at the small frame of his trollhunter, a sigh escaping him as he realizes he's been caught.

“i’ll never be the same again,” draal says, turning onto his back, staring up at the rocks that sit yards above them. “this thing, it's-- it's not a part of me, it's just… there.”

“draal, a fake arm doesn't change who you are as a person,” jim says, sliding over and reaching for said arm, placing the hand against his cheek. draal watches as he does so, frowning.

“i-i can't even feel that,” he says, anger building inside him. “how can i ever be myself again?”

“just let it go,” jim says. “pretend it's really your arm. imagine everything you’d be feeling. it won't make you feel so empty.” draal sighs, turning onto his side, reaching forward and placing his natural hand on jim’s other cheek. the boy's eyes fall shut, and he nuzzles into the touch.

“at least i can still touch you with this hand,” draal says, lifting his thumb to brush a lock of jim's hair away before it can fall into his eyes. the boy's eyes fall back open, and he smiles up at draal.

“see? you're still here,” he says. “you're still you. you can still enjoy everything life has to offer.” draal gasps softly at the comment. how did he--? before he can finish that thought, jim is moving in closer, letting his head rest against draal’s broad chest. he presses a kiss there, before turning his head and brushing a kiss to the area just above where draal's mechanical arm starts. draal can't help but smile fondly at the action, bringing his natural hand up to gently pet jim's head.

“goodnight, trollhunter,” he says softly.

“goodnight, draal.”

the two are silent for a few moments, before jim adds, “i love you.”

draal smiles, feeling himself blush. “love you too.”

he may be missing an arm, but with jim, draal can finally feel whole again.

So this is kind of poorly written, since I was just trying to get it down before I lost my ideas (what else is new for me?), but this is an idea I had the other day.

Video game idea. Girl from our earth is transported to a fantasy realm. Real original, right? She’s summoned to this sealed temple, and is called by a voice. The voice is from a sword sticking out of a pedestal. The sword’s voice is male, and it says that it can sense it, the sword is Meant For her. She kind of cocks an eyebrow and says “Really? I think you’ve got the wrong person. Have you looked at me?” The sword can’t actually see, just feel her soul/self/magic, whatever. It knows she’s the one he’s Meant For. She dismisses the call again, saying she’s not capable of doing whatever he’s implying. The sword says that if she touches his hilt he’ll get a whole scan of her physical condition, he’ll be the judge, but please hurry. You were called here now because there are people destroying the temple to try to get at me and use me for their own purposes. Just then an explosion rocks the building. She shrugs and reaches out for the handle. As soon as she touches it the sword jumps from the pedestal and she can feel bonding magic flow down her arm, informing her of her new bond to the weapon. But before she can object to this unwanted bond, the sword cries out. “No! This can’t be right! You’re a cripple! Why was I Meant For a cripple?” He’s bemoaning his fate of being held in the hands of a girl in a wheelchair. She says she tried to warn him, but she can feel the bond magic solidify. There’s no turning back now. Insisting that he’ll sort this out later, he insists she follow his instructions to escape the temple before the raiders get to them. Clearly she wasn’t going to be able to fight. After a few harrowing drops and a narrow escape, they manage to flee the temple and the sword starts trying to make her useful. The sword can talk to pretty much anyone he wants, so he instructs her to head to the nearest village. Probably so he can try to ditch her. Not that it will happen with the bond in place. Okay, I don’t have time to start writing a story. So details I thought of. Meet a group of adventurers. They don’t give one whit about her being in a chair. Teach her how to fight, give her a bow, even some magic. A guy from the group studies her chair and mentions he knows someone in the next city that might be able to give her some upgrades to her chair so she doesn’t have to worry about it so much. The magic makes it so she can control the chair’s movement with her mind, keeping her hands free. It also makes it so it will never tip over or allow her to fall out, both of which would leave her defenseless on a battlefield. They also implant a few magic gems into the armrests. By focusing her will through them she can harness a little elemental magic. They would have attached them to her armor they get her, but the chair would be subject to the released magic too then, and that could be risky, so by putting it in the chair, it releases from her AND the chair. She comes to favor the earth crystal, growing strong in its use. Now being out in the wilderness sucks for someone from our world used to toilets and support bars to help herself. Basically, she ends up needing the help of another team member, one of the women. Through this intimate help, they become friends and slowly more. It won’t be until the meeting with Mentfor that it comes to light for the girl from our world. Mentfor greets them and kisses the girls hand in greeting. The woman from the magical world kind of grips her weapon tightly when he does this and without raising his head he says, “It is merely a greeting, (insert name), not a romantic gesture, you may relax.” This is the first the girl from our world considered it, but looking back at the other woman reveals a flushed face and she won’t make eye contact. The girl blushes herself and resolves to ask about it later. The sword is basically abusing her the whole game, calling into doubt her abilities and calling her names. Most of the time he gets told to shut up by the other characters, which makes him do so for a while, but he’s always ready with a mean comment when the opportunity arises. When they finally do meet Mentfor, who is the embodiment of Meant For, the sword goes off on him. He accuses him of sticking him with a cripple, a no-good useless…the tirade continues for a moment before the girl sticks up for herself. She’s slowly built up her confidence and courage during their journey with the help of her friends, and she’s sick of this finally. She tells him she is not a cripple, she is not worthless, and she won’t stand for him calling her nasty names anymore. She rightly puts the sword in his place and at the end of her rant a surge of magical energy bursts from her, destroying the bond magic entirely and she hurls the sword across the room to imbed it into a wall. I’m not sure if after that he’d eventually come around, or he’d be left behind for the girl to go kick ass without him entirely.
