I’m living my best homestead life and baked my first loaf of bread from scratch yesterday! It’s feta and olive seasoned with oregano and topped with Parmesan!
The feta kind of disintegrated while I was kneading it so if anyone has any tips on how to get it INSIDE the dough that’d be much appreciated (I know it can be done because I’ve eaten it before!)
I’m so proud of myself, it makes the most delicious toast! I’m gonna make another loaf today!
