Someone asked me what this hand sign means.

In a deaf world, with fingers facing outwards, this sign 🤟 can mean "I love you," or airplane, or fly or flying.

This sign in a deaf world 🤟 with fingers facing inwards means F.L.Y. (First Love Yourself) as the old quote goes, "You must first love Yourself, before you can love anyone else." This sign is not Satanic, it does not represent the devil or illuminati. It does not mean rock & roll music, at least not on the east coast of USA.

THIS is the correct sign for rock and roll. 🤘one or both hands, fingers facing outwards, created by Ronnie James Dio {and his Grandmother} the late singer for Black Sabbath. 🤘☺️🤘 It can also be the sign for some football teams like the Longhorns. It's also used in the deaf world for the sign for bull sh*t. 🐂💩

If anyone wants to make either sign into their company brand, I guess it's okay but...for some past evidence, singer/bassist Gene Simmons of the Kiss rock band, didn't get approved to use this for his brand 🤟 because it's a legit handshape for American Sign Language. It's not right to steal signs from Deafies that existed before Helen Keller, via Thomas Gallaudet and Laurent Clerc in France. You can borrow it and use it freely anywhere, anytime but you can't put a business brand on it. Just like this one from Star Trek. 🖖This handshape has copyrights to the Star Trek franchise in regards to "Dr Spock " Leonard Nimoy.

I hope that I helped clear up any confusion. I woke up deaf, 22 years ago this month of November, from Muckle Wells syndrome. I don't mind helping to explain sign language, but...
