A horse thief's nightmare
Long time, no post! Oops! Thought I’d try animating something. I’ve never done this before and this was an amazing but fun challenge to figure out how animation in Clip Studio Paint works. I figured out how to duplicate frames near the end. (This honestly feels more like a story board or an animatic instead of an animation but I dunno what to call it.)
My fiance did a little birthday oneshot DND game for my character I play in his ToD game. To sum it up, a bard named Lilari needed help getting some sweet, sweet healing water from a spring in a spoopy forest near Baldur’s Gate and Greylin, a drow grave cleric, volunteered to escort her. Shenanigans ensue as we get attacked by a hangman tree and its horde of zombies.
Ingame conversation went as such.
Greylin: “You’re not having fun? I’m having a blast.”
Lilari: "Dealing with zombies isn't exactly my idea of fun.”
Greylin: "C'mon, you're being so negat-" *gets snared by the tree*
Lilari: !!!!!

Hey Peter, I have found a super secret hideout, but you gotta promise not to tell anyone, only the lost boys, and the pirates can't ever find it. Cross your heart and swear on a thimble you won't tell anyone?
Pan lit up like a light bulb and smiled like a cheshire chat. “Oh boy, a hide out!” He repeated once more. “Gee whiz, I won’t ever tell, y’know that…” Peter murmured as he raised his eyebrows. “.. It’s Tink, she gets real jealous!” Pan responded as he hooked his arm then pushed it downwards.
Hi peter~ I always wondered how did you and the lost boys create the hide out underneith the tree?
Pan grinned. "Well.. Uh.." He stumbled to begin, trying to remember what they did. "Me 'nd The Lost Boys attached loads of rope around two trees and we levered it up. Next all we had'a do was dig it out and remove the rope!" He replied, crouching down on his knees with his hands placed firmly on the floor.
