20. Post a snippet of a WIP you’re working on.

Ho boy...I have not done much writing lately (I’m actually working on a another, non-writing type of creative event that I’ll hopefully be doing in October). So I’ll just post the last little bit of ID that I did write last week:

You thought back to your last fight a week and a half ago, out in the gardens. Both of you had thrown words like knives without stopping to consider the repercussions, and you had come away from the experience emotionally bloody. You didn’t have the mental capacity to go through that again, and if every hurdle with Negan was going to lead to an all-out brawl that set your relationship back multiple paces...then was it even worth it?

I know I know...hello angst. 

Hmm, now one I haven’t done yet... how about:

52. How did writing change you?

Writing has given me an amazing creative outlet and helped boost my confidence in my writing (and made me think that my bucket list goal of publishing an original novel might indeed be possible). Posting my fanfiction for others to see has also really helped break apart any lingering shame I had about my secret kinks/thirsty crushes/etc. I was scared as fuck to start posting, and when I look back at the journey that writing fanfiction has taken me on, it blows my mind. And to find so many other people who shared my interests was so validating, and I also like to hope that I helped give some validation to others, as well. 

Writing has also led to me interacting with some a-ma-zing people. I’ve even gotten to meet a couple of them in real life! *winks* I’ve had amazing conversations with so many individuals on here over the past few years, and from all over the world! They’re people who I never would’ve had the chance to communicate with, if it wasn’t for the wonderful world of fanfiction bring us together.

Glitter: describe someone special to you. (I answered this but I will add another person!)

This person is someone I haven’t talked to in quite awhile. We went to high school together and they dated one of my friend’s at the time. However they did break up, but we continued to be great friends. They were always there for me. I didn’t have money to pay for food? They surprised me with lunches and dinners. My brother lost it and hit me? They picked me up and had me stay at their house for a few days. I had a panic attack? They were shitfaced drunk and told me to drive over and pick them up, and we trolled through stores and they taught me how to properly drive in the snow lol. This person saw me. They understood me. I’ll never forget the great things this person has done and the heart and love they have shown me.Gold: describe what you would call the most perfect meal.Ohh. FOOD. I think the best meal I could have would be like a cold, crisp salad with ginger dressing to start. A french onion soup because I’m a slut for soups. And then a nice prime rib medium well with plenty of fatty pieces because I’m a weirdo that likes those parts. Some form of potato because a girl has got to have that in her life ya know? And some sauteed veggies. Doesn’t really matter what kind… I like most. And hell even a little side of haluski because YUM. And then for dessert I’d probably order a slice of cheesecake or some kind of lemon flavored thing?? Talk about a food coma….Pearls: what’s something about your personality that surprises others?Since I’m quiet and shy for the most part people are often surprised at how quick I can be with humor. Also the mouth. I swear like a sailor. It was funny transferring to the store I work at currently because everyone thought I was like this dull… lifeless… boring person? Then they saw that I am kinda fucked up lol.
