We have an important announcement to everyone who has been supporting plenty.
plenty has decided to disband after “plenty Last Tour「Aoki Hibi」”, which starts from June 2 and will be held in 12 places, and “plenty Last Live 「Haikei。Mina sama」”, which will be held on September 16 at Hibiya Open Air Concert Hall.
To all fans and those involved who have been supporting plenty until now, thank you very much.
Because of you, plenty was able to make music and keep on promoting for 8 years since debut even though many things happened.
The members and all staffs want to thank you from the bottom of our heart and we will do our best until the end, so that everyone can enjoy “plenty Last Tour「Aoki Hibi」” and “plenty Last Live 「Haikei。Mina sama」”.
We are looking forward to seeing you at the lives.

Sorry for the sudden announcement.
After all three of us talked with each other, we came to the decision that from now on, we would rather express music as individuals than as plenty.
There was no objection between the members, and I believe that we made an extremely positive decision.
Of course, it was all due to you that plenty was able to promote until now.
Thank you very much.
Our last tour starts in June.
I’m thinking of burning myself out then.

The moment I read this announcement I was still on my way home, riding the Viennese subway. If you saw an Asian girl crying silently with tears flowing and a dirty running nose, it was me.
I still remember the first time when I listened to plenty. It was on the way to my Japanese class. I put plenty’s music into my mp3 player because someone recommended it on livejournal, saying that the vocalist has a very unique voice, so I decided to give them a listen.
My first song was “hazureta tenki yohou”. Even though I couldn’t understand everything, but those lines I understood hit me right in the heart. Not to mention Enuma’s voice, which sounds nonchalant at first, as if nothing interests him, but later sounds as if he is screaming even if no one pays attention to him.
I was impressed. Utterly.
Yet. It compares nothing to my first live concert of plenty years later. I will never forget the feeling, as if I was brought to the outer space, with nothing around me but plenty’s music. Nothing will ever, ever, ever replace plenty in my heart. I am grateful for knowing such a band. I will keep on singing their songs.
If you have the chance to go to their last tour and live, please do so. I’m sure it will be something that you will remember for the time you are alive.
And I, I will continue this blog. Even if there will be no new contents anymore, I will still come back.
