maybe I should stop saying I’m cursed but I can’t explain this shit of a life any other way..
Le bonheur est un festin de miettes.
Jacques Faizant
Happiness does not exist
And by that I don’t mean we can’t be happy, on the contrary. Just think about it, what is happiness ? You can say it is a state of complete physical and mental well-being, but then you still have to define what a “state of well-being” is. Many people will say it is different for everyone, and it is, but it doesn’t help us to know what it is. Actually, the only thing we can say for sure about happiness is that it is a concept. A concept is an idea, it is abstract. By definition, a concept isn’t real. It is a human construction, a product of our imagination, a tool of thought. It is simply something we created in order to help us think and understand.
So now, what did I just say ? Happiness is not real, it is an idea that we created as a tool. In other words, you can’t look for happiness and you can’t find it either, since it doesn’t exist. But there is more. I’m sure anyone can agree with what I say, but we really have to understand what it means and implies. Happiness is nothing more than an idea, so it is not outside of oneself. It is not something you can reach by following a kind of instruction manual. And it is not a sad conclusion, it is wonderful, because if you accept that happiness has no definition, it means you can define it however you want and nothing and noone can tell you your definition is wrong. Once you accept that, you’re free. There are no criteria, no rules. Our society wants to make us believe that you can’t be happy without a job, without money, without love, without being strong, having a certain knowledege, a certain attitude, a certain number of friends and relations. We are constantly told what a good and happy life looks like, but it is nothing but a lie. Nothing can stop you to say “I’m happy”, nobody can tell you you’re wrong, because you’re not, because you choose, because there is no true happiness, because happiness is not something you have to catch or reach, but something you have to decree, to decide, to make true.
Once you’ve said “this is happiness”, well this becomes happiness. Happiness is a word, an idea, an abstraction. You’re free to choose what reality you think this word refers to. Happiness won’t come to you by itself, it will come if you decide it is and it was already there.
they say do what makes you happy and making people happy makes me happy but you can never make everyone who matters happy and they say you shouldn't let your happiness depend on others but if it's what makes me happy and I'm supposed to do what makes me happy shouldn't I do it though it never really makes me happy because it's impossible to make everyone happy.

You left me here thinking you were gonna come back, but in all reality once u stepped foot out of my car you were gone for good. and i should of hugged you tighter and longer. I regret not doing so. Because now you are gone and i can never see or talk to you again. All of our inside jokes.. gone..laughs..gone. just because u got what u wanted. you are such an asshole for not thinking about my feelings.
Night Time Thoughts
It’s so weird not talking to him anymore. I use to love waking up and opening up my phone to find a cute good morning text waiting for me to reply to. Then throughout the day texting him none stop. How weird how you are completely happy and joyful then the next day it’s taken from you. I say I’m okay, and I want to be okay! I want everything to be fine. But it’s not. and it sucks.
And I can't lift the weight you stand on my shoulders and my heart just breaks.
