Tendrils of Magic and Madness Tournament gone mad: now Ex-World Champion Lo Fennrick (16) arrested
Hit-game Tendrils of Magic and Madness recently celebrated their 8th anniversary with their annual World Championship Tournament. The celebratory-turned-nightmare event took place in the Malmö arena, where it has now been closed due to police involvement after a shocking display of brutality last night. Emil ████████ (16), or known by the fans as "LetsFraternizeTogether", was visciously beaten yesterday evening by the previously unrivaled World Champion “ThatGentleNight2” after winning the World Championship. ThatGentleNight2 — now known as Lo Fennrick in light of recent events — had been the World Champion for 6 years with an infamous reputation. We are yet unsure as of why, but after Emil bested him in the final match and took his long-standing title, Lo Fennrick attacked him and beat him unconscious before onlookers could react. He has been taken by ambulance to the Skane University Hospital. There are currently no public updates on Emil's condition.
The event's hosts are facing immense backlash from the online community, stating that Lo Fennrick's infamous reputation was already a cause of concern months before the Tournament was announced. There have been many instances of ThatGentleNight2 causing controversies and altercations within the community due to his disrespectful and hostile behaviour, which has now seemingly culminated in this event. Fans are unsure of how the community will proceed in consideration of this tragedy.
His family has not made a public statement as of yet, and have refused an interview following this event.
