The breeze in the meadow softly hit colorful flowers. The sun shone, lightning without hurting the eyes. There were few clouds in the sky. A big tree, an Oak, made a large, pleasant, shadow. Under that shadow, there was a girl. A girl with long, blonde hair, slightly pink. With her green-ish brown eyes, unwinking, she followed a monarch butterfly. She didn't seem to be older than seven, just a child. Along with her, there was a woman. Tall, with the same eyes as the child, and black hair. She wore a large sun hat, and a white dress with small blue flowers, exactly the same as the little girl. On contrast to the girl, who run happily after the butterfly, the woman was sat on a large checkered blanket. Upon the blanket, there was a picnic basket, now empty. Many different dishes spread on the squares. Holding a dish with a piece of cake, the woman laughed, seeing how happy the girl was. Starting to get tired, the girl begun to slow down, but kept her smiling face. She was joyful to be on that meadow, with her mother. It had been weeks since they had spent some time together, having fun. This picnic was something the girl had been asking for a long time, and she finally had gotten it. Putting the last piece of her cake in her mouth, the woman called her daughter. — Brooke, you need to eat! You've been playing the whole morning. — But momma, I want to play more! — Let's make an agreement, — the mother got up — you come here to eat and, when you're finished, I will play with you. — Really? — The girl's eyes lit up. — Really. — The mother led her daughter to the blanket, and helped her to sit down. With an ear to ear smile, the girl picked up a dish, and started to devour the food in it. The woman sat on the blanket again, and laughed. The girl was getting all dirty with the food. The mother put her hair on a high ponytail, while looking at her daughter. For them, it was, yes, a very happy moment.
