Day 46 of the hardcore trainer and it was supposed to be lower back, hamstrings and upper abs today but it was a bit of a disaster. For some reason I really didn't fancy training at all and could not get in the mood. I'm pretty sore all over which doesn't help but I think it was just my mind wasn't in it. I trained in my garage and started with deadlifts and even warming up with just the bar felt difficult! I did the 6 sets of deadlifts that I was supposed to but there was no really intensity or motivation behind them. This 👆🏻was a set of 15 with 100kg but I really struggled and had to take longer rests in between. I decided to stop the workout there as I wasn't gaining anything and decided to go for a bit of a power walk instead. I will train hamstrings and abs tomorrow along with upper back. I guess out of 46 days training having one bad day isn't too bad! My food was good and I still got my cardio in so it wasn't a complete write off.
