VERY complicated question. Non exhaustive list in no particular order

- sickness

- disgust, repulsion, desire as a curse

- cannibalism (so versatile, can be a metaphor for so many different things)

- dysfunctional relationship especially familial

- religious symbolism

- animal symbolism

- cycles, birth death rebirth, death as an extension of life, rot, mold,

- mycelium as a metaphor for God, the connection between all things

- dualities. Animal vs machine. Internalisation vs externalisation...

- cold and ice for stagnation, trauma, death. Heat and fire for change and rebirth through destruction. Water, ice cold or burning hot, drowns you or carries you, cleanses you of sin and memory. Breathing is a combustion

Whos the worst at fighting?

THATS HARD....i think it can change depending on if theyre fighting either EACHOTHER or some random threat...my gut choices are todomatsu because hes way too scared to actually fight anyone on his own and even against his brothers he does better in psychological torment than brute violence (as evident by the kerosene episode) like i think todomatsus workouts and stuff is more for keeping good health and feeling good about himself maybe than getting strong (i dont think he would like getting muscles lol) OR ichimatsu because umm..well hes a twisted cycle path and has no problem murdering his brothers but i have trouble imagining him going out of his way to fight..hes kind of passive i think..bark is worse than his bite maybe. but theyre all kind of demons i dont think any of them are weak
