I share the opinion of the previous anonymous person. I love almost not knowing things about Harry or Louis' private lives. For example, one example is the marathon. We all know that Harry runs from time to time, but Harry is a very good athlete. The time he made in Tokyo is admirable. Who knows how long he has been training for the marathon, and what his preparation is like? But Harry Styles is my role model as an athlete, and it's something I never thought I would say until this year.

Yeah. His trainers have been saying that about him for years. And you can absolutely tell how hard he works when you see him on tour. I remember Claire and Adam joking about not being able to keep up with him when he exercised pre-show. 😆

He inspires me to eat healthier/exercise more. Even though I hate it. 😆

I just saw that on TikTok a few minutes ago. I had no idea he did martial arts. But I think he just does all sorts of sports/workouts/exercise. It’s so inspiring.

Hello Gina! Late night thinking from me, have it been known that H is not only doing jiu jitsu but already has a purple belt before that video dropped? If not, it just got me into thinking how he really is good at keeping things private. I mean, it’s just a sport but he keeps it to himself, never talked about it and until that video nobody knew he’s also into this kind of sport not only running/pilates/regular working out. What I’m thinking is that it’s great that he has this private world only for himself and people who know him and also if he can keep private what sports he’s doing then you know, he can just be really private with everything including his sexuality and Louis who he’s really dating. Like you know, imo it’s really kind of a confirmation that “I have a private life, you just don’t know about it.” And maybe it will sound weird but I’m happy for him because I’m so sick of fans who think they know him/are so sure that his public-wannabe private relationships are real. He really shows us what he want to show us and things that matters are only for him and this closest ones.

Hi, darling. No, I don’t think any of us knew he was so involved in doing jiu jitsu. And yes, I agree with you. It’s really nice to get confirmation that he likely has many parts of his life that his fans know nothing about—which not only means that he gets to have privacy, but also that he has people around him that he can trust. That makes me really happy.

I admire Harry’s workout so much and how dedicated he’s to do it because you won’t ever see me doing exercise in your life I’m just so lazy and I would rather stay in bed than get up and workout

I find him inspiring in absolutely every way. He just is so interested in so many things and he actually does those things enough to get good at them. Like… he’s a purple belt in jiu jitsu. That doesn’t seem like the easiest thing to achieve.
