Here is Hannah! Another Hufflepuff student in the trio's year :) 💛🧡💛

Can you tell that yellow is my favourite colour? I know it's not a popular opinion, but I really don't care. I love it! Hannah does too, so I have decided. It's the power I have as an illustrator. What I like about Hannah is that she's a true Hufflepuff. She is kind, she's loyal and genuine. She sticks up for those who can't stick up for themselves, and she befriends anything alive. She's not very sporty, but loves to dig around in the mud in the greenhouses, she sings to herself when she thinks no one can hear and laughs at her own jokes. Plus, she has an adorable bob. Anyone who has (ever had) short hair can relate to the intense bedhead... 💇‍♀️ 💛 Also, she canonically marries Neville Longbottom. That says a lot about her character, don't you think? :) 🌱

🦋🌷Fleur Delacour🌷🦋

Can we just take a moment to appreciate Fleur? She is unapologetic, confident and knows what she wants. Talk about a powerful woman⭐️ I like that she doesn’t feel the need to be nice to everyone, or smile at everyone. She doesn’t have the patience for it. She’s smart and resourceful. She did get chosen to be a Triwizard champion, after all!

I never liked that the women in book 6/7 were so annoyed with Fleur when she stayed at the Burrow. It was a misogynistic piece of writing and I do not agree with it, nor do I tolerate it 😤

So, here’s to celebrating Fleur Delacour✨🌈🌷

🧶Molly Weasley🧶

The Wizarding World’s mum ✨

She raised seven children, not to mention six of them were boys (good lord)! I have the utmost respect for this woman, keeping it together all those years. Going through two wars, trying to keep her family safe from harm.

She can be a little overbearing… a little overprotective… but she’s still a good mum, I think. I love her. I love that she knits and I can even love her for swooning over Gilderoy Lockheart, until she found out he was a total fuckup. I mean, we’ve all fawned over fictional characters✨😌 (and the occasional Pedro Pascal edit)

…. Where was I? Oh right! Molly is lovely, I love her. I hope you do too! Arthur is up next and with him the Weasley family is complete! Woop!☀️

💀Professor Moody💀

The grumpiest, most two-faced teacher our trio ever had… (literally) I have to say, I absolutely loved the character in book 4, and continued to love him after. Very cool👌🏻

🔮Professor Trelawney🔮

Oh what a joy it was to draw this woman. She is so fun. I loved figuring out her clothes; all of them long and extravagant and layered. With jewels and belts and boots. She’s a sight to behold🌟

I love how she has a dark side and can be so rude to people. How she acts all calm and mystic, but is actually quite sharp and aware of her surroundings. She was much more intense in the books, than in the films. I love love love Emma Thompson’s portrayal of her, she brought something so unique and funny to Professor Trelawney. But book Trelawney has my heart, always :)

The Hogwarts Uniform (my version)

I'm a little bit behind on my character illustrations, but that's why I have backups, like this one! I sometimes make more than I want to post in a week, and then I save them for weeks like these when I'm too busy to make anything new :) I'm so smart, hehe. Anyway! This is my version of the Hogwarts uniform. I have to say something. I hate grey. I despise the colour and it's always bothered me in the films and in a lot of fan art. It's so bland and lifeless. Bleh. I think there should only be ONE item of grey clothing allowed in the uniform at all times. But hey, that's my opinion and in my artwork, I can make it so. Yippee! When I draw a character in uniform, I'm very open to making changes to it, depending on the personality of the character. I mean, look at Luna and Pandora. There's barely anything left of the traditional uniform. But that's okay, because it's just a drawing. Although, wouldn't it be so so cool if we saw a Harry Potter adaptation where students could spice their uniforms up however they'd like?! It would be less English boarding school and more MAGIC SCHOOL. Because that's what we're talking about here. These people are witches and wizards and I would like to see some more whimsy in their appearance. This sheet I made is just a basic start to any uniform. It has all the standard components of the uniform and you can do whatever you want with it after that. I'm curious to know your thoughts about my 'whimsical' uniform idea :)

The Golden Trio I wanted to share some sketches of Harry, Ron, and Hermione. I am currently on a short holiday in England with my dad, collecting inspiration for more art :) So in the meantime, I hope you'll enjoy some sketches. I was very pleased to work with some warmer colours again. Those are my favourites. And on another note... The poll I put out last week was clear as day. The next phase of drawings will be MARAUDERS ! And I am so excited. Last year, I read All The Young Dudes for the first time and absolutely loved it. It made the Marauders Era so much more real for me. I can't wait to work on those four rambunctious boys. Stay tuned!
